The "Agilista" 3D printer processes a silicone-based printing material. The material is applied in fine droplets using inkjet technology and cured with UV light. Components with high temperature resistance and good resilience are produced. The high-resolution 3D printer produces prototypes with the highest precision.

The silicone is printed with a layer height of 0.03 mm. This also allows very filigree geometries to be represented; geometries with min. 0.6 mm wall thickness as well as elevations and depressions from 0.3 mm are guaranteed. The accuracy is better than +/- 0.15 mm in the nominal dimension range up to 100 mm.
