As in the entire Phoenix Contact Group, compliance is also of high importance at PULSOTRONIC. The core of the Compliance Management System is the Code of Conduct of the Phoenix Contact Group, which also applies to us without restriction. It is supplemented by further measures such as the whistleblower system or the declaration of principles regarding the Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act (GSCA).
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct of the Phoenix Contact Group forms the core of our compliance measures. As part of the Phoenix Contact Group, it is also fully implemented at PULSOTRONIC. It is our common basis and applies without restriction to all employees.
Since January 1, 2023, the new German Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act (GSCA) applies to the entire Phoenix Contact Group including PULSOTRONIC. Together with the responsible persons at the company headquarters, we are working on systematically implementing the requirements of the LkSG at our company as well. All details are published in the Phoenix Contact Group's policy statement on the GSCA and in the Code of Conduct.
With the whistleblower system of the Phoenix Contact Group, we offer both our employees and external persons the possibility to report information about possible violations of the law or violations of internal regulations.
The whistleblower system also serves as a complaints procedure in accordance with sections 8 and 9 (1) of the GSCA.
The Digital Services Act allows illegal content to be removed more quickly. The fundamental rights of users on the Internet are also protected more comprehensively. The law has been fully applicable since February 17, 2024.
Information on the average monthly number of active users of the platform service in the Union in accordance with Article 24 (2) of the Digital Services Act: << 45 million.
The Phoenix Contact Environmental Compliance Standard contains only bans and restrictions of substances that generally apply to articles or specifically to articles of the electric and electronic industry.
The standard is based on the applicable European legislation as well as selected national, regional, or international regulations that are applicable to Phoenix Contact products and markets. Prohibitions that relate purely to the use of substances or preparations are not part of this standard.
This standard needs to be observed for all delivery items that remain in Phoenix Contact products. It does not release from applicable international, European, and national legal regulations.
