PROTIQ Purchase allows you to take advantage of the marketplace without having to create each of our suppliers as a new supplier. How does it work?

How can I use PROTIQ Purchase?
If you decide to place your order directly with the supplier, you can also deselect PROTIQ Purchase in the shopping basket.
In your shopping cart, you can see from a checkbox at the individual items whether it is a PROTIQ Purchase order. Here you can also see who the producer of your components is. You also have the option of deselecting PROTIQ Purchase if you change your mind and want to order directly from the supplier.
You can decide whether you want to use PROTIQ Purchase or not for each of your orders.

Who is my contact person for a PROTIQ Purchase order?
Since you receive your components from PROTIQ when you place a PROTIQ Purchase order, PROTIQ is your contact. In the event of problems or discrepancies, we will contact the manufacturer and try to solve your problem as quickly as possible.
Do you have to deregister PROTIQ Purchase after placing an order?
No, PROTIQ Purchase is not a subscription. For each additional order, you have the option, as before, to also order directly from the marketplace providers. The price for the procurement service is also calculated each time anew and depending on the component.
