What is great for overview, selection and comparison is, however, often time-consuming and expensive from a purchasing perspective: After all, each service provider must be checked individually and registered as a supplier in the system. The creation and maintenance of many different suppliers can thus result in significant costs.

What is PROTIQ Purchase?

PROTIQ Purchase allows you to take advantage of the marketplace without having to create each of our suppliers as a new supplier. How does it work?
If you decide to purchase via PROTIQ Purchase, you purchase your components from PROTIQ GmbH, which means that regardless of which supplier you have the components manufactured by, invoicing and delivery are ultimately carried out by PROTIQ GmbH. PROTIQ assumes the role of a purchasing service provider and procures the components for you from the suppliers.
As you are used to from PROTIQ Marketplace, you can also view and compare prices for PROTIQ Purchase purchases directly in the ordering process - without hidden costs or complicated detours. The service can be selected individually for each order and thus supports your business processes exactly where you need support.

How can I use PROTIQ Purchase?
You can select PROTIQ Purchase directly in the ordering process. For this purpose, you have a separate tab in the material selection for each supplier (except PROTIQ) called "Purchasing service - PROTIQ Purchase", through which you can use our service offer. If you select procurement and invoicing via PROTIQ, you will also be shown there directly what the service costs for your components.
If you decide to place your order directly with the supplier, you can also deselect PROTIQ Purchase in the shopping basket.
In your shopping cart, you can see from a checkbox at the individual items whether it is a PROTIQ Purchase order. Here you can also see who the producer of your components is. You also have the option of deselecting PROTIQ Purchase if you change your mind and want to order directly from the supplier.
You can decide whether you want to use PROTIQ Purchase or not for each of your orders.
Frequently asked questions about PROTIQ Purchase
Who is my contact person for a PROTIQ Purchase order?
Since you receive your components from PROTIQ when you place a PROTIQ Purchase order, PROTIQ is your contact. In the event of problems or discrepancies, we will contact the manufacturer and try to solve your problem as quickly as possible.
Who do you have to contact in case of a complaint?
If you are not satisfied with your order, PROTIQ is also your contact here. The PROTIQ team will take care of your concerns and contact the manufacturer of your component in the event of problems.
Can components produced by PROTIQ itself and ordered via PROTIQ Purchase be combined in one order?
If you have components in your shopping cart that are manufactured by PROTIQ as well as components that are procured from other suppliers via PROTIQ Purchase, these components can be ordered together. You will receive a single PROTIQ invoice for your order, on which you will find the different items again.
Do you have to deregister PROTIQ Purchase after placing an order? No, PROTIQ Purchase is not a subscription. For each additional order, you have the option, as before, to also order directly from the marketplace providers. The price for the procurement service is also calculated each time anew and depending on the component.
To whom is the data passed on?
Your data will be treated as confidentially as it is when ordering directly from our marketplace providers, i.e. it will only be used to produce your component and will never be passed on to third parties without your consent.
How is the PROTIQ Purchase surcharge calculated for multiple components?
If you order several components via PROTIQ Purchase, the service surcharge is calculated individually for each item. The amount of the surcharge depends on the component price and is indicated directly in the material selection.
