To produce personalized stainless-steel products we use the Selective Laser Melting process. By means of the method, the metal powder is fused to the desired article. In this case, individual layers with a thickness between 0.02 and 0.1 mm are applied successively. This is done by locally fusing the locations where the next layer is to be attached by a laser focus. As a result, our systems can work in great detail and even personalized lettering is no problem. The selected lettering is incorporated directly into the production of the chosen product.
