Your support for orders on the PROTIQ Marketplace
On the PROTIQ Marketplace many different merchants offer their services around additive manufacturing. In most cases you can rely on the quality of the products, the communication and the delivery. If problems do arise, we can quickly intervene through PROTIQ Buyer Protection and help you find a solution.
Here's how it works:
- Every time you place an order on our platform, you can use the free PROTIQ Buyer Protection.
- A few days after delivery, you will receive a link by email where you can share your experience with us.
- In case of a bad experience, we will contact you per mail and help you find a solution - regardless of whether you ordered from PROTIQ or one of our merchants.
What does PROTIQ Buyer Protection cover?
Through PROTIQ Buyer Protection, we get an impression of your ordering experience and can intervene in case of doubt. Therefore, in case of bad reviews, we will approach you and offer the following assistance.

• In case of insufficient print quality, the expectation horizon will be clarified in detail, the manufacturability will be clarified and a compromise solution will be found.
• In case of incomplete deliveries, the order will be checked, completed and the missing parts will be forwarded.
• If the invoice is missing, it will be forwarded immediately; the same applies to a missing delivery bill.
• If the invoice is incorrect, it will be corrected and also resent to the customer.
• If you have been supplied with incorrect parts, the missing parts will be located or rebuilt and sent to the recipient by express delivery.
PROTIQ Marketplace
If the problems occurred with an order of one of our marketplace merchants and cannot be solved by us alone, we will arrange the contact and contribute to finding a solution.
Data protection
Use of your e-mail address
If you select PROTIQ Buyer Protection, you will receive a one-time e-mail asking you to rate your order and your marketplace experience. If you do not provide a rating or your rating is positive, you will not receive another e-mail from us as part of PROTIQ Buyer Protection, nor will you be reminded to provide a rating.
Duration of the PROTIQ Buyer Protection
The PROTIQ buyer protection can be selected or deselected for each order individually and is therefore always valid for exactly one order. You will receive the e-mail with the evaluation link approximately one week after the specified delivery date. Whether you use PROTIQ Buyer Protection or have used it for past orders has no influence on future orders with PROTIQ.
Your rating and personal data
We keep your order and contact information strictly confidential and use it only to help you with problems on the PROTIQ Marketplace. Without your consent, your reviews will never be published with your name or order mentioned.
