The shipping information on this site only refer to products that are shipped by PROTIQ GmbH. The shipping costs of our partners who sell on the PROTIQ Marketplace may vary. The exact shipping costs will be displayed at the end of your order process.

To make shipping a PROTIQ smoother and faster, we work with DHL (standard shipping) and UPS (standard and express shipping).

Shipping time

We will notify you via e-mail as soon as we have shipped your parcel.

Shipments within Germany are generally delivered within 1-2 days after shipping.

Shipments to European addresses outside Germany are normally insured up to €500 and are delivered within 2-3 days after shipment.

Worldwide shipments reach their destinations 3-6 days after shipping.

In exceptional cases the delivery time can be 2 - 10 days.

We will notify you via e-mail as soon as we have shipped your parcel.

Shipments within Germany are generally delivered 1-2 days after shipping. Delivery takes place during the day.

International shipments are generally delivered 1-5 days after shipping. Delivery takes place during the day. 

In exceptional cases the delivery time can be 2 - 10 days.

We will notify you via e-mail as soon as we have shipped your parcel.

Shipments within Germany are delivered by 10:30 a.m. on the following day. 

International shipments are delivered 1-3 days after shipping. Delivery takes place by 10:30 a.m. or by noon. 

In exceptional cases the delivery time can be 2 - 10 days.
