Payment methods in PROTIQ Checkout

You can currently pay on the PROTIQ Marketplace in the checkout in one of these ways:

Standard bank transfer / advance payment
When paying by bank transfer to PROTIQ, or another provider, the goods will be dispatched by the seller after receipt of payment. Depending on the bank, the transfer process usually takes between one and two working days.
After you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. This e-mail contains all the data required for the transfer and legal information such as terms and conditions, right of cancellation, address of the seller, account details for payment etc.
Please state the order confirmation number (order no. and the reason for payment) as the reason for payment when making the transfer.
Payment using PayPal
Easy: Pay with only 2 clicks, without entering bank-or credit card details.
Fast: The seller receives the payment within seconds.
Secure: Your bank and credit card details will not be shared with third parties.

Payment using credit cards and
international debit cards using Novalnet
Our payment provider Novalnet enables you to shop conveniently on our online-marketplace “protiq.com” , where you can pay using Visa Credit Card, Master Credit Card and further debit cards.
Just enter your credit card number and expiration date at the end of the ordering process. In addition you will need your Card Verification Number (CVC or CVV) which can be found on the reverse side of your credit card. Your credit card will be debited as soon as you place your order.
We use the safety standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to transfer your data. This protects your data at all times. SSL is a standard used by banks to ensure your security and data protection.
Payment by invoice
As a customer with a business customer account, you naturally also have the option of ordering conveniently by invoice. The invoice is issued transparently by the production service provider selected in the order. You will receive your invoice by e-mail or in paper form and then have 14 days to transfer the amount.
For new customers, this option is limited to a maximum invoice amount, which can be set individually by the respective marketplace provider.
Purchase on account for larger amounts, as well as for international customers in general, can be individually authorised for your user account by the marketplace provider.
Invoice purchase through PROTIQ Purchase
To give our customers the greatest possible freedom, you can use our purchasing service via PROTIQ Purchase. In this case, the ordered components are produced by the respective marketplace provider, but the dispatch and invoicing is carried out by PROTIQ GmbH.
