PROTOTEC is Top 100 Innovator

Award for high degree of innovation

PROTOTEC GmbH & Co. KG from Attendorn in Sauerland has brought the Germany-wide TOP 100 seal 2023 to South Westphalia with its innovative 3D printing concept.

More than 100 evaluation criteria from 5 categories were taken into account in the evaluation: Innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organisation, external orientation/open innovation, innovation success.

On 23 June 2023, all top innovators of the year 2023 will come together in Augsburg for the 30th award ceremony at the German SME Summit. The well-known science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar will personally present the TOP 100 Award to PROTOTEC.

About the award

Since 1993, compamedia has been awarding the TOP 100 seal to medium-sized companies that stand out for their exceptional innovative strength and outstanding success in the field of innovation. Since 2002, the scientific direction has been taken over by Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, who is the founder and director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and is internationally regarded as one of the leading innovation researchers.

The renowned science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar acts as mentor of the TOP 100 programme. The Fraunhofer Society for the Promotion of Applied Research and the German Association of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (BVMW) are participating as project partners. Media partners of the company comparison are the magazines manager magazin and impulse, while ZEIT für Unternehmer acts as cooperation partner.
