The company "Höfinger Modellbau" was founded in 1972 by Werner Kurz and initially focused on foundry model making. In 1989 Ralph Kurz launched the company "Modellbau KURZ" and also started with the production of prototypes for the automotive industry.
Today, the team is already in its 3rd generation, with a focus on honest and authentic craftsmanship. At the same time, Modellbau KURZ stands more than ever for innovation and development. With a total of 70 employees, the company takes care of the individual wishes and specific requirements of its customers.
As a development partner and series supplier, well-known car manufacturers are among Modellbau KURZ's long-standing customers. In addition, the company serves a wide variety of industries, for example the packaging and toy industry, transport and consumer sectors, medicine and dental technology, furniture manufacturing and the furnishing industry.
A particular strength of Modellbau KURZ GmbH is to combine innovative technologies with traditional craftsmanship: This produces the highest quality and optimal results.
