„Leider sind bei beiden Artikel bestimmte Bereiche sehr verzogen.
Dies hat zur Folge, dass bestimmte Anbauteile nicht korrekt montiert werden können. Für die entstandenen Kosten ist die gelieferte Qualität eigentlich nicht akzeptabel.
Für unsere geplanten thermischen Messungen sind die Teile aber eingeschränkt verwendbar.
Da wir auch einen gewissen Zeitplan einhalten müssen, werden wir die beiden Teile behalten und uns bei den Anbauteilen entsprechend selbst behelfen.

„Eine Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter wurde nicht vorgenommen. Die Lieferung wurde sehr schnell ausgeführt.
Von anderen Anbietern ist man es in der letzten Zeit schon gewohnt, dass man eine Benachrichtigung erhält, welchen Status die Bestellung im Moment hat.
Die Bestellung:
Wird geprüft.
Es sind keine Nachfragen erforderlich.
Ist in der Produktion.
Ist im Versand.
Das Postpaket hat die Nummer.
Diese Schritte waren nicht da.
An einigen Stellen hat das Puder für das sintern noch angehaftet. Hier hat sicherlich der Reinigungsprozess nicht 100% funktioniert.
Trotzdem sind wir zufrieden.
