„Eine Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter wurde nicht vorgenommen. Die Lieferung wurde sehr schnell ausgeführt.
Von anderen Anbietern ist man es in der letzten Zeit schon gewohnt, dass man eine Benachrichtigung erhält, welchen Status die Bestellung im Moment hat.
Die Bestellung:
Wird geprüft.
Es sind keine Nachfragen erforderlich.
Ist in der Produktion.
Ist im Versand.
Das Postpaket hat die Nummer.
Diese Schritte waren nicht da.
An einigen Stellen hat das Puder für das sintern noch angehaftet. Hier hat sicherlich der Reinigungsprozess nicht 100% funktioniert.
Trotzdem sind wir zufrieden.

Sehr schnelle Fertigung und Lieferung (4 Werktage insgesamt), wow!
Sehr gute Druckqualität, allerdings muss man für Aussparungen etwa 0,3 mm pro Wandung hinzurechnen. Ungefähr um diesen Faktor sind die Löcher zu klein.
Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden, Folgeaufträge kommen in Kürze.“
