„Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung zur Lackierung Ihrer Bestellung. Wir bedauern, dass das Ergebnis nicht Ihren Erwartungen entspricht.
Gerne möchten wir Ihnen hierzu eine kurze Erläuterung geben: Bei der Bestellung wurde die Option „Lackieren“ gewählt. Diese beinhaltet eine direkte Lackierung mit der Sprühpistole, ohne vorheriges Füllern oder Schleifen. Gerade bei SLS-gedruckten Bauteilen, die eine leicht raue Oberfläche aufweisen, kann dies zu einem optisch weniger gleichmäßigen Finish führen.
Für ein glatteres und hochwertigeres Erscheinungsbild bieten wir auf unserer Plattform auch die Option „Füllern, Schleifen und Lackieren“ an. Diese beinhaltet eine gezielte Oberflächenvorbereitung und führt zu einem deutlich gleichmäßigeren und hochwertigeren Ergebnis. Viele Grüße Ihr PROTIQ Team“
