Right of withdrawal for consumers
Please note that the legal right of withdrawal according to § 355 BGB (German Civil Code) is excluded for components manufactured individually on customer request. This means that in this case you have no right of withdrawal or return.
Right of withdrawal for other products
For all other products that are not individually manufactured to customer specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal applies as follows:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 14 days from the date,
- in the case of a contract of sale: on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has/have taken possession of the item(s),
- in the case of a contract for the supply of several goods ordered by the consumer as part of a single order and delivered separately: on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the last of the goods,
- in the case of a contract for the supply of goods in several instalments or pieces: on the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the last instalment or piece,
- in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time: on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The return of the goods is at your expense and risk.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
