„Der Lieferant aus der Schweiz bietet keine Option für die Auswahl des Versenders. Die Ware hat bei mehreren Lieferung zu Problemen mit dem Zoll und den zu entrichtenden Zollgebühren geführt. Rückmeldung aus unserer Logistik (Fachmann Zoll) ist möglichst mit UPS zu versenden. Ich habe schon persönlich mit Clemens Bösen dazu gesprochen.“
