„Die angegebene Lieferzeit von Sculpteo betrug 5-10 Tage. Nach 17 Tagen habe ich bei Protiq angerufen, um mich zu erkundigen. Man stellte dort sofort den Kontakt zum Hersteller her. Erst dann haben wir die Aussage erhalten, dass es angeblich Probleme mit den Rohstoffen gegeben habe. Es hat dann noch eine knappe Woche gedauert, bis wir die Teile erhalten haben. Besonders unprofessionell war allerdings die Kommunikation: Warum muss ICH als KUNDE dem Hersteller hinterhertelefonieren, TAGE NACH ABLAUF der Lieferzeit? - Eigentlich sollte sich ein Hersteller freiwillig und SOFORT beim Kunden melden, wenn es Probleme gibt.“
