„Leider war das ausgewählte Material so spröde, dass es beim Einführen einer Schraube in eines der Bohrlöcher sofort aufplatzte und zersprang. Ich hatte extra Epoxi gewählt, da ich davon ausgegangen war, dass es fester sei als das default Material PA(6), und war deswegen auch bereit den höheren Preis zu zahlen. Wahrscheinlich mein Fehler.
Trotzdem bin ich verständlicherweise nicht zufrieden. Ich habe jetzt versucht das Objekt durch Umwickeln mit in Zwei-Komponenten Kleber getränkten Bindfaden zu stabilisieren.

„Die Qualität des Produktes war nicht überragend aber in Ordnung. Ist wahrscheinlich der Komplexität des Produktes geschuldet.
Was mich wirklich störte ist, dass als Versandanbieter ausschließlich ein sehr teurer Overnight-Express angeboten wurde. Bei einer Produktionszeit von ca. einer Woche kann ich wirklich auch noch einen weiteren Tag auf die Lieferung warten, wenn ich mir dafür einen Haufen Geld spare.
Aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. War immer noch der günstigste Anbieter. “

„Der Service hat wunderbar geklappt, alle Fragen konnten bei persönlichen Telefonaten, etc. geklärt werden - es stand jederzeit jemand zur Verfügung (Erreichbarkeit per E-Mail oder Telefon funktionierte immer perfekt), Lieferzeiten wurden eingehalten und Materialqualität ist hervorragend.
