DLP

Digital Light Processing (DLP) is a light-based 3D printing process in which light-sensitive resin is hardened through targeted exposure to light. A special DLP projector projects a digital image of the desired layer onto a tank of liquid resin. The light hardens the resin with pinpoint accuracy and thus forms the respective layer of the 3D object.

In this way, the desired object is created layer by layer. DLP printers are known for their high speed and accuracy when printing fine details. Thanks to the use of digital light, they enable extremely precise results compared to other light-based processes.
