Enter all relevant information about your project: Material, process, quantities, delivery deadlines, special requirements and much more. You can also upload 3D files or technical drawings to specify the requirements.

  Sending and checking the request

As soon as you have sent the request form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your request for quotation has been successfully received. We will now check your request. If any information is still missing, we will enrich the request together with you. Your tender will then be opened for our providers.

 Quotation preparation by merchants

Your enquiry will be forwarded to qualified providers on the PROTIQ Marketplace. They will check your requirements and prepare customised quotations. This may take a few days, as each quote is carefully tailored to your needs.

 Receive and compare offers

You will gradually receive the incoming offers, which you can view in your customer account. There you have the opportunity to compare the offers in detail and contact the providers directly if you have any queries.

 Accept the offer and finalise the order

As soon as you have decided in favour of an offer, you can accept it directly from your customer account. After accepting the offer, the tender is closed and the supplier receives all the necessary order information to start production.
