PROTIQ has been providing expertise in additive manufacturing for the Phoenix Contact Group since 2010, experience we draw on to advise and support you – from 3D data generation to finished prototypes, models or components.

This is based on our diverse range of materials and manufacturing processes, complemented by important services related to additive manufacturing, such as training, reverse engineering and finishing. Our portal itself includes features that actively support your business processes, including convenient approval and ordering processes and our configurator, with which you can upload entire assemblies.

Smart filter functions, transparent prices and individual tenders make the ordering process as simple and efficient as possible.

At the same time, we are also a manufacturing service provider ourselves - with many years of experience, state-of-the-art machinery and a dedicated team of experts. In our own production facility, we create precise plastic and metal components, from individual items to small series. As part of the Marketplace, we are committed to the same standards as our partners - which makes us an authentic and credible provider.

Data security at PROTIQ

Protecting sensitive customer data is a top priority for PROTIQ – especially because many of our customers come from industry and work with confidential development data. We therefore rely on a comprehensive security concept that goes far beyond the usual market standards.

All component data uploaded to www.protiq.com is stored exclusively on our own professionally secured servers – directly at our company headquarters in Germany. This infrastructure allows us to maintain maximum control over the data flow while guaranteeing the highest security standards.

A central principle at PROTIQ is: Full data sovereignty for our customers. In concrete terms, this means that component data is only stored permanently once an official quotation has been created and an order placed. All other data is automatically deleted after a short time. In addition, the data is only ever accessible to the selected production service provider – other third parties only with the express approval of the customer.

This consistent data control clearly sets PROTIQ apart from other platforms. As an additional safeguard, we are TISAX-certified – a standard that is regarded as a high benchmark for information security, particularly in the automotive and supplier industry.
